VERBAU Werk Kft. operates an industrial park on nearly 5 hectares, offering approximately 24,000 square meters of warehouse space for lease. Following tenant-specific modifications, Magyar Posta operates one of the country’s most modern regional parcel logistics centers at the site. Thanks to its favorable location and proximity to the Mercedes-Benz manufacturing plant, the park maintains a stable and diverse tenant base, providing premises for several automotive suppliers as well.

Kecskemét’s largest parking garage was developed as an in-house investment by the VERBAU Group and is operated by VERBAU Parking Kft. The facility, offering 32 surface parking spaces and 385 covered parking spaces, has alleviated the parking difficulties previously experienced around the County Hospital. Thanks to its parking lease scheme, it quickly became popular among local residents as well. In addition to a pharmacy, the building also accommodates a Lidl and a DM store, and as part of the investment, one of the district’s busiest intersections was converted into a roundabout.

WohnPark Alsószéktó Kft., a member of the VERBAU Group, was established in 2010 with the aim of developing a residential park consisting of 50 terraced houses in the Alsószéktó garden district of Kecskemét, primarily for foreign employees arriving in the city to work at the Mercedes plant. A few years later, also as a proprietary investment, a 34-apartment condominium building was constructed on Domby Lajos Street in Kecskemét. Following the completion of these projects in Kecskemét, the company turned its attention toward Budapest; its current plans include a real estate development project in Terézváros.
