What will be your task if you join our team:
- managing the implementation of a complex investment,
- inspection of subcontractors, confirmation of performance,
- completion report of completed works, handover of main contractor's performance,
- you create, adhere to and comply with construction and financial schedules,
- You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of employees and subcontractors under your control,
- during the construction, you ensure the quality requirements, comply with the technological, occupational safety and health regulations.

- with a minimum secondary education in the construction industry (high-rise construction technical school)
- you have at least 1-3 years of experience as a construction manager (in high-rise construction),
- with skills for independent, precise work, decisive action, outstanding problem solving,

- with user-level IT skills.
